What is the typical turn-around time for an episode?

Our standard turnaround time is 48 to 72 hours from the moment you upload your raw files. For urgent releases, we offer expedited 24-hour editing for an additional fee.

Do you help with initial podcast setup and launch?

Absolutely. We assist with hosting account configuration, RSS feed optimization, artwork compliance checks, and submission to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Amazon Music.

What file formats should I upload?

We prefer uncompressed WAV or AIFF files for the absolute best audio quality, but we also accept high-bitrate MP3 or M4A files if that is what your recording software supports.

How do you handle background noise and echoes?

We use advanced digital signal processing (DSP) tools to isolate your voice, target room resonances, and suppress ambient noise. While we can't make a noisy room sound like a multi-million euro studio, we significantly improve clarity.

Can you write my show notes and social media copy?

Yes, all of our premium editing packages include professional copywriting services. We extract key quotes, outline main topics, include relevant links, and write ready-to-use social posts.
